Mohammed Nasser Alazzawi
Overview: A quranic reader and an Iraqi munshid residing in the United Arab Emirates. He was influenced by his father the reader of the Quran and the imam of the mosque in Diyala province in Iraq. He studied at the Faculty of Islamic Law at the University of Baghdad and served as imam of several mosques in Iraq and the UAE.
The launch of the title of “Professor of Munshids” did not come by chance, he proved through his continuous performance of Islamic nasheeds that he is worthy of the title. Currently, he works in Al-Majd TV channel, as assistant director general of the Shada channel and in preparation for several programs specialized in the Islamic nasheeds. He presented many episodes about the art of the Iraqi Maqamat and its classification.
